We are all stardust

That’s right. Your right hand probably comes from a different supernova explosion than your left hand. When supernovae and large stars explode, their explosion is so massive that the debris is scattered throughout the cosmos, leaving us with what makes us “possible,” not to mention the heavy elements, like platinum.
