Must find a legislator (preferably a Republican, if such a one exists) to introduce a bill requiring that for every dollar spent on dirty energy, three dollars must be spent to find more ways for green energy to be used in the governmental agencies, private corporations, and to subsidise the conversion to green energy in all sectors.l
