This appeared in Scientific American and while the content of the article cannot be blamed on Scientific American or on David Biello, what is stated within this piece is so, so far from the truth and it reflects a complete lack of cohesive energy policy. Basically it has no place in any responsible plan to reduce CO2 emissions.
